A fine and rare Coco De Mer specimen, mounted on a custom blackened steel stand.
The Coco De Mer (Lodoicea) is the world's largest seed, endemic only to two islands in the Seychelles. Known for its fertile shape and mythic history, it received its colloquial name, translating to 'coconuts of the sea' in French, as sailors would find them floating in the ocean on their voyages.
