A fine and very rare Hermes flip-top wooden box, designed by Paul Dupre-Lafon. A simple yet rich oak box has been ingeniously crafted to reveal the interior by pressing down on one side of the box, revealing the chamber beneath. Each side is lined with brass tacks, reminiscent of the tacks on saddles.
